Description of Services 

Norwich Human Services plays a leadership role on the local, regional, and state levels in addressing the needs of our low-income residents and the City's homeless population. We provide occupational skills training and employment support services to Norwich's unskilled and/or underemployed workforce.

If you are in need of assistance, please find our intake application in the above link. 

If needed, please come in and pick up a paper application at our office. 

After completion, it may be forwarded to hsreception@cityofnorwich.org, or brought to our office. You are also welcome to drop the completed application in the mail. 

Additionally, please let us know if you would prefer a phone or in-person appointment, as well as convenient days/times to schedule your intake appointment.
