Our mission is to provide expedited services to residents in crisis and to develop and administer services that help people become self sufficient and reach their maximum potential.
Description of Services
We employ highly skilled Adult and Family Case Management staff with extensive knowledge of area resources. Norwich Human Services plays a leadership role on the local, regional, and state level in addressing the needs of our low-income residents and the city's homeless population. We provide occupational skills training and employment support services to Norwich's unskilled and/or underemployed workforce.
Norwich Human Services provides assistance based upon the individualized needs of adults and families. Programs and services include but are not limited to:
Walk-in hours are Monday- Wednesday and Friday from 830-1130 am

If you are in need of assistance, please find our intake application in the above link. If you do not have printing capabilities please come in and pick up a paper application at our office. After completion, it may be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org , or brought to our office. You are also welcome to drop the completed application in the mail. Additionally, please let us know if you would prefer a phone or in person appointment, as well as convenient days/times to schedule your intake appointment.
